Cardiolates
Cardiolates combines cardio & pilates in one workout. During this class, you can expect to get your heartrate up and boost your overall strength at the same time, while still focussing on the quality of your movement. Using props like sliding discs or hand weights, we add an energetic touch to the well-known pilates exercises. Let the music move you and this class will be over before you know it.

Power pilates
Power Pilates is a fusion of classical & contemporary pilates with a dynamic approach, layering power sequences with a breathy flow for a full body workout. It’s a strong & challenging intermediate level focusing on breathing, core strength, pelvic and shoulder stability & mobility, coordination and overall strenght. The result is a balanced aligned body that promotes better posture, a body that is stronger, feels longer, more flexible & agile to move with ease. Lizette also adds additional props to challenge you more, keeping it interesting and ever changing.

Barre workout
The Barre Workout blends the poise of ballet with the flowing sequencing of pilates fitness and dance. The efficient use of a ballet barre light hand weights and small props delivers a dynamic toning class. But most importantly barre feels graceful & fun and you will leave this class with a healthy dancer's glow.

Bounce workout
The Bounce Workout is a fusion of pilates dance and cardio - all this on a trampoline. You can definitely expect to get your heartrate up and your endorphins flowing! Let the music jump you around and enjoy a fun & sweaty class.
(Note: this class can only be taught outdoors for the moment, so pray with us for some sunshine)
You can easily book your class via Mindbody, a user friendly app so you can book your class anytime anywhere. Search for “Core Collective” near “Antwerp” to find our business.
Except when explicitly mentioned otherwise, all of our classes are taught online for now. You will receive the link for your online class a few hours beforehand. Please register via that link with your name and email. Upon registering, you will receive the actual ZOOM link to follow the class.
Please note classes are given in real time, so login on time and respect our teachers. Late shows are not admitted to the class.

​When the weather allows us, we take some of our classes outdoor. Outdoor classes are specifically marked on the schedule as “outdoor”. Location and details will be emailed to you beforehand.
